Aging is a natural process that happens to everyone.
Aging is a highly individualized experience. How we look, feel, and function can vastly differ between people of the same age. Chronological age is based on time, and aging has many negative assumptions.
Scientists identify aging as something we acquire, not something we are born with. According to the National Institute of Aging, we journey through a natural process of decline that is characterized by physical, mental, and emotional changes.
Aging is a natural process of life. How we age depends on many factors, such as genetics, lifestyle, nutritional health, and several unknown factors that can contribute to diseases such as Alzheimer’s.
However, rather than focus on the ever-popular discussion of age describing the gradual decline of mind and body, I think I’d rather discuss the benefits of aging.
So often, we focus on the negative side of aging. Gray hair, a few wrinkles, and not being as physically agile as we once doesn’t have to be all negative. There are benefits that we don’t often think about;

If you want to focus on the future, plenty of resources are available. Much like your car, if you do not take the time to maintain it, it eventually wears down from neglect, becomes diseased, and will not move anymore. You have one body and want to keep it healthy, moving, and functioning. And focus on the positives that come with age.
